What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end design process, including user research, product ideation, UX design and UI design
  • Juggle multiple client projects and build mission-critical, tailor-made software
  • Interact directly with users and meet their needs rapidly
  • Start and develop new projects from 0 to 1
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, client meetings, and critical meetings driving product direction
  • Operate independently with full ownership of product decisions as you grow into the role
