- Design end-to-end in-store customer experiences and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Analyze customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative data, user and stakeholder feedback, and business and technical constraints to iterate solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, design technologists, industrial designers, and store designers to develop ideas to completion
- Partner with UX research to plan generative and evaluative studies and use results to refine experiences
- Act as the point person and evangelist for the design system, refining contribution and review models, lifecycle management, versioning, and scalability standards
- Maintain system-wide quality: cross-platform coherence, accessibility, and brand consistency, and coach teams on tradeoffs between flexibility, coherency, usability, and efficiency
- Support AI integration into design-system tooling, adoption workflows, and the designer experience
- Partner with engineering to align design intent with technical implementation and keep experience and system parity with code

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated passion for and experience integrating AI into the design/product development workflow to accelerate and democratize how teams build
- Proficiency building concepts in code to communicate design decisions
