NewLead Designer - Design Systems

As a Lead Design Systems Designer, you will shape how the brand is experienced across every touchpoint, particularly during brand evolution, acting as a bridge between product design, brand expression, and systems thinking. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the design system reflects the brand and empowers teams to create user-focused experiences.
What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with the CMO, CEO and design leadership to integrate the brand’s values and vision into the design system
- Bring a systems-thinking approach to high-level brand conversations and help visualize the brand as a living, dynamic system across digital and physical experiences
- Translate abstract brand concepts (tone, character, purpose) into practical, reusable components
- Ensure the design system serves as both a representation of the brand and a functional toolkit that enhances design consistency and user experience
- Lead transformation of brand values into scalable design elements including color systems, typography, motion, iconography, and interaction models
- Work with brand and design teams to refine visual language while maintaining usability and accessibility
- Guide application of design systems through brand evolution to ensure consistency and flexibility during launches or refreshes
- Act as the connector between brand and product teams, balancing storytelling with usability and functionality needs
