- Own the vision and execution of the design system, defining standards, driving adoption, and evolving the system as the product scales

- Deep systems thinker who builds for edge cases and designs with scale in mind
- Strong cross-functional collaborator able to align engineers, PMs, and designers around shared standards without heavy oversight
