  • Define and plan research methods; contribute to recruiting participants; collect information via interviews, surveys, focus groups and user tests
  • Propose appropriate solutions and design low- and high-fidelity interfaces using a mobile-first prototyping approach
  • Support analysts and developers in the design of user interfaces
  • Verify that developed applications meet user needs and environmental requirements
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, notably WCAG 2.1, and UX/UI standards
