- Hire, manage, and develop a multi-team design group spanning Design Systems, Code, MCP, CMS, and Community
- Partner with Product and Engineering leads to improve team processes and execution and coach teams on roadmap and strategy
- Develop a perspective on the team's product areas and advocate for it across the organization
- Lead critique, sprint, and design review practices across the pillar
- Advance people management skills in a supportive, growth-oriented environment
- Operate hands-on across people management as well as strategy and execution

- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, demonstrated through influencing teams, adapting quickly, and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Background contributing to open-source or developer-facing design tools (added plus)
- Experience partnering with Research and Marketing on platform-wide initiatives (added plus)
