- Define and drive product design vision from initial sketch to shipped product in partnership with product and engineering
- Collaborate with product managers to scope design requirements and build lean project plans that include time for research, exploration, and testing
- Research, understand, and advocate for user needs throughout product development and translate complex financial workflows into approachable experiences
- Lead end-to-end design across desktop, mobile web, and native app experiences, working closely with engineers and ensuring smooth handoffs
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including the design system team, to deliver solutions that function as a coherent system
- Build deep domain knowledge to connect work across the team and see the big picture
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, customer validation, and help shape the team's design culture and principles
