What you'll do

  • Support qualitative and quantitative research activities using AI-assisted tools to synthesize insight and identify patterns
  • Translate research into clear experience opportunities where LLM-powered interfaces can add value
  • Design and prototype user experiences combining strong design fundamentals with LLM-powered and GenUI approaches
  • Explore conversational, adaptive and system-driven interfaces, testing ideas quickly and iterating based on feedback
  • Work across low- and high-fidelity prototypes, including interactive and conversational concepts
  • Support the design of LLM-powered interfaces, including conversational and agent-like experiences
  • Help shape prompts, flows, states and interaction patterns that sit on top of language models
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand model behaviour and design interfaces that work with its strengths and limitations
