- Create detailed component specs including states, responsive behavior, accessibility requirements, and usage guidance
- Define and document design patterns for AI-driven experiences (generative UI, conversational interfaces, AI-assisted workflows)
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure coded components match design intent
- Identify and implement AI-powered workflows to accelerate design-systems operations (variant generation, automated specs, documentation, design-to-code handoff)
- Contribute to design system documentation to make it easy for other designers to adopt and contribute
