NewSenior UX Designer - Design System
Apply on AizeAize is hiring a Senior UX Designer to evolve the design system behind Aize’s digital twin experience. The role involves turning recurring product problems into shared patterns, owning design-system work from problem framing through design, documentation and adoption, and strengthening the connection between Figma, tokens, Storybook and implementation. The designer will work inside a dedicated design system team with a Product Manager, Software Development Manager, lead designer, engineers, and QA, and will help evolve how the design system supports AI-assisted workflows.

- Turn recurring product problems into shared patterns, components and guidance for reuse across Aize
- Own design-system work from problem framing through design, documentation and adoption, partnering with the design system lead and product teams
- Strengthen the connection between Figma, tokens, Storybook and implementation
- Spot inconsistencies, accessibility gaps and quality issues and decide what should be solved locally or at the system level
- Help evolve how the design system supports AI-assisted workflows
- Stay close to product teams to understand where shared solutions could help
- Design patterns that work across different flows and use cases beyond individual screens
- Work side-by-side with designers and engineers to make trade-offs visible and ensure design intent translates into the product
