What you'll do

  • Diseñar, documentar y mantener la estructura del Design System (principios de diseño, foundations, tokens, componentes, patrones y guías de uso).
  • Definir la arquitectura y organización de librerías en Figma y en código para asegurar escalabilidad.
  • Crear componentes escalables y alineados a las necesidades de producto.
  • Colaborar con desarrollo para implementar los componentes en las distintas plataformas (web, iOS, Android).
  • Garantizar la coherencia visual, funcional y de experiencia entre productos.
  • Realizar auditorías heurísticas (visual, funcional y experiencia) para detectar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Definir la estrategia de principios y gobernanza del sistema, asegurando su evolución y escalabilidad.
  • Analizar flujos de usuario y necesidades de producto para definir requerimientos de nuevos componentes o iteraciones.
