NewDigital Design Systems Specialist
Apply on BecaAn Information and Platform Management role supporting a range of CAD tools including Bentley ProjectWise / Bentley Infrastructure Cloud and Autodesk products. The role sits in the Digital Tools and Platforms team and works alongside CAD system specialists and project delivery teams across New Zealand, Australia and Asia to support information management practices and compliance with client and industry standards. Duties include supporting implementation and administration of Common Data Environments (CDEs), digital delivery processes and embedding information management best practices across projects. The opportunity provides a pathway to advanced Platform and Digital Engineering Management and development of technical skills.
What you'll do
- Assist with the implementation, administration, and maintenance of digital design ecosystems and digital engineering workflows.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to project teams using Bentley ProjectWise and Infrastructure Cloud, Autodesk Forma and other Common Data Environments (CDEs).
- Support project teams in applying information and platform management best practices across projects.
- Support the adoption of collaborative information management processes aligned with ISO 19650 principles.
- Help deliver training and knowledge-sharing initiatives that build digital capability across the business.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of digital delivery and digital engineering practices and standards.
- Assist in monitoring industry developments and emerging technologies within the digital engineering space.
- Promote Digital Engineering and Information Management best practices within project teams.

- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience, training, or exposure to Information Technology, Information Management, BIM, and digital engineering environments.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for delivering quality digital outcomes on projects.
- Ideally experience from the engineering, infrastructure, or construction sectors with exposure to multidisciplinary projects and digital delivery processes.
- Experience using Bentley and Autodesk BIM authoring tools, Common Data Environments, or working within ISO 19650, ISO 270001, SOC 2 knowledge-aligned environments (highly regarded).
- Experience or exposure to BIM, Information Management, or digital engineering workflows.
- Experience using BIM authoring software or supporting digital project delivery.
- An understanding of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes and standards.
