  • Own architecture decisions and the technical roadmap for SimSpace's shared UI systems
  • Design, build and maintain the design system (Monorail) and component libraries, keeping Figma and code (Storybook) aligned
  • Act as a technical partner to UX designers, giving feasibility feedback and implementation guidance early in the process
  • Define, improve and automate the workflows that turn design intent into production code
  • Lead accessibility best practices and WCAG-aligned guidance at the component and system level
  • Mentor design engineers and raise UX and code quality across shared UI systems
