The role is responsible for building and managing the shared UI framework, components, and standards to enable UX and engineering teams to deliver consistent digital experiences at scale. What you'll do
- Define and maintain the enterprise design system architecture, standards, and governance processes.
- Build and manage reusable UI components, design tokens, patterns, and documentation.
- Enable design-to-code workflows by integrating Figma, design tokens, and development repositories.
- Partner with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Establish accessibility standards and ensure compliance with WCAG and enterprise UX guidelines.
- Drive adoption of the design system through training, enablement, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Govern component requests, enhancements, versioning, and releases to maintain quality and scalability.
- Monitor industry trends and continuously evolve the design system to meet changing business and technology needs.

- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Design Systems, UI Architecture, UX Engineering, Front-End Development, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working with Figma, Claude, design tokens, Storybook, GitHub, and modern development workflows.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and multi-platform design patterns.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
