What you'll do
- Strategically build and continuously develop a scalable multi-brand design system for app, website and other digital products
- Design and maintain components, design tokens, patterns and architecture standards to ensure consistency and reusability
- Define and establish governance models, documentation standards and quality guidelines for sustainable use and evolution of the design system
- Take on a technical lead function focused on close collaboration between product design, front-end development and product management
- Ensure a consistent user experience across different brands, platforms and digital touchpoints
- Coach and enable internal design and development teams as well as external partners in applying and evolving the design system
- Actively promote design system adoption within the organization and help embed consistent ways of working
- Advise stakeholders on strategic questions around scalability, design quality and digital product standards

- Several years of professional experience strategically building and evolving complex design systems, ideally in multi-brand environments
- Demonstrable experience developing and scaling design system architectures across different products, brands or platforms
- Solid knowledge of component-based design and working with design tokens, pattern libraries and modern design system principles
- Strong command of Figma, especially libraries, auto layout, variants and component architectures
- Good technical understanding and experience collaborating with front-end development teams and modern development technologies
- Experience defining and implementing governance models, documentation standards and scalable processes
- Knowledge of accessibility and how to embed it sustainably within design systems
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
