NewProduct Designer - UX/UI & Design Systems (Remote)

This is a full-time, fully remote role for candidates based in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico and requires availability to work U.S. business hours. The role is an end-to-end product design position combining UX research, product thinking, UI design, prototyping, and design systems, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis
- Translate insights into user flows, journey maps, personas, and workflows
- Identify friction points and opportunities to improve the product experience
- Use product analytics such as Mixpanel or Amplitude to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design responsive experiences across web and mobile
- Deliver production-ready designs primarily using Figma
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
