- Analyse der bestehenden UI- und Interaktionselemente in unseren Softwareprodukten
- Erstellung eines strukturierten UI-Inventars mit wiederkehrenden Komponenten, Varianten und Interaktionsmustern
- Identifikation von Gemeinsamkeiten, Unterschieden und Vereinheitlichungspotenzialen
- Erarbeitung fachlicher und funktionaler Anforderungen an wiederverwendbare Komponenten
- Ableitung erster Komponenten, Regeln und Leitplanken für ein projektübergreifendes Design System
- Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, UX/UI-Verantwortlichen und erfahrenen Entwicklern
- Dokumentation der Ergebnisse als Grundlage für die spätere Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung
- Optional: Konzeption und prototypische Ausarbeitung ausgewählter Komponenten inklusive Zustände und Verhalten

- Studium der Informatik, Medieninformatik, UX/UI Design, Software Engineering oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Interesse an UI/UX, Interaktionsdesign und Design Systems
- Freude daran, bestehende Systeme zu analysieren und gemeinsame Strukturen zu erkennen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen verständlich aufzubereiten und zu dokumentieren
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in Frontend-Technologien
- Optional: Kenntnisse im Bereich KI/LLMs und Erfahrung mit Git, Figma, Design Tokens oder komponentenbasierten UI-Frameworks
- Fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch
