- Analyze users, identify their needs and develop modern UI/UX concepts for web and app
- Own the further development of the Design System as the central foundation for digital products and services
- Develop scalable and accessible components, patterns, design tokens and guidelines for web, app and other digital touchpoints
- Design an AI-ready design infrastructure, structure components, variables and design tokens for automated design and development processes and support product teams in consistent use of the Design System
- Enthuse, motivate and proactively drive topics forward

- Several years of experience in digital product development (services, apps, platforms) and in agile UX/UI projects and B2C/B2B applications
- Solid knowledge in the further development of Design Systems
- Confident use of tools like Figma and design/development interfaces and component libraries (e.g. Material UI)
- Interest in AI tools, design automation, generative AI and design-to-code workflows and their use in product development
- Strong communication and moderation skills, very good German and English skills and a meaningful portfolio
- Include a meaningful portfolio (website or PDF) with the application
