- Direct the evolution of the enterprise design system to deliver distinct yet unified digital experiences for BWS and Dan Murphy's
- Pioneer code-first workflows using agentic AI coding tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to streamline tooling, reduce manual effort, and accelerate UI exploration
- Own and evolve a multi-brand design system architecture across web and native mobile apps (React Native), balancing consistency with brand differentiation
- Architect and maintain a scalable design token hierarchy enforcing clean code separation, accessibility compliance, and multi-brand scaling
- Build intuitive, WCAG-compliant UI components using modern libraries such as Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, establishing code as the primary source of truth
- Translate user needs into functional code prototypes and sandbox proofs-of-concept using AI-assisted tools to validate complex interaction models early
- Partner with front-end engineers via Git pull requests, code reviews, and shared tooling to maintain component quality and system alignment
- Lead interactive workshops with Product Managers, Engineers, Delivery Leads, and external partners to unpack component needs and resolve technical constraints

- Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling multi-brand component libraries and design token structures in code
- Exposure to or keen interest in cross-platform design systems spanning responsive web and native mobile (React Native)
- Explored in depth or adopted agentic AI coding tools and MCP workflows to accelerate prototyping and modernise design technology practices
- Ability to articulate technical and design concepts clearly and build strong cross-functional relationships with product, delivery, and engineering peers
- Continuous learning mindset and openness to apply even if not meeting every listed technology (e.g., AEM or Salesforce Commerce Cloud) requirement
