- Craft interfaces across responsive web, mobile, and enterprise products
- Translate user journeys, wireframes, and product requirements into visual and interaction designs
- Use approved AI-enabled design tools where appropriate to support ideation and productivity
- Create, evolve, and scale enterprise design systems, including reusable components, design tokens, patterns, and documentation
- Partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver consistent, scalable experiences
- Present design decisions to stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops
- Mentor designers
