NewBrand Systems Designer (Fixed Term Three-Month Contract)
Apply on AareonAareon is seeking a Brand Systems Designer to build its Canva ecosystem and create the design infrastructure to enable on-brand collateral at scale during a branded-house transformation. The role is a remote, full-time three-month contract working UK hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30) and reports to the Marketing Director. The contract total rate for three months is up to £27,000 depending on experience. The designer will translate Aareon's design system into governed Canva templates, component libraries, workflows and brand controls to support marketing, product and customer-facing teams.
What you'll do
- Design and build Aareon's Canva enterprise environment, including structure, governance and taxonomy
- Configure brand controls, locked elements, approved assets and reusable components
- Create a scalable Canva framework and standards that enable self-service while maintaining consistency
- Develop a comprehensive library of Canva templates for marketing, sales, customer success and corporate communications
- Build modular template systems for social media, presentations, case studies, product sheets, event assets, email graphics and internal communications
- Support the rollout of the One Aareon identity and evolving product architecture by translating brand standards into Canva assets and workflows
- Help maintain consistency across legacy brands transitioning into the new architecture
- Develop Canva governance guidelines, usage standards, training materials and documentation for internal users
