Clio is hiring a Staff Product Designer for its Design Systems team, open to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US, with two office days per week for anyone near the Burnaby, Calgary or Toronto hubs. The role owns the vision and evolution of Clio's design system as it enters an AI-first era, acting as both product owner and design practitioner for the shared foundations behind every customer-facing experience. It covers AI interaction models, streaming states, content voice, brand expression and the heuristics needed to evaluate intelligent systems.
