NewSenior UI Designer - Design System
Super Technologies is hiring a Senior Visual Designer - Design System in Spain to join the Design System team. The role sits between product and brand, with a focus on connecting brand and studio teams with product design. The position owns the asset layer of the design system while also contributing to components, patterns, and tokens used by product teams.

- Own and evolve the design system asset library, including icons, illustrations, 3D brand assets, and visual elements
- Act as a bridge between Brand, Studio, and Product Design teams
- Translate brand direction into product-ready assets
- Collaborate with product teams on asset requests and visual consistency
- Support product design teams through reviews, audits, and hands-on collaboration
- Design, document, and maintain UI components and patterns
- Work with design system engineers to keep Figma and code in sync
- Contribute to the token system across themes, brands, and modes

- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showing icon systems, illustration, and/or brand asset work
- Strong UI craft, including visual quality, typography, colour, and composition
- Motion design experience, including working knowledge of Rive/Lottie and native platform motion
- Proficiency in Figma, including variables, modes, component properties, and scalable library management
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for graphic and design work
- Experience working within or alongside a design system
- Understanding of tokens, components, and consistency at scale
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
