They are hiring a Senior Product Designer – Design Systems to take responsibility for parts of their design system and UI components library and to work with the product team and software development to ensure consistent, intuitive, high-quality products.
What you'll do
- Continuously develop the UI components library for web and mobile and ensure consistent patterns and interactions.
- Provide UI components that form the foundation for the user interfaces of web applications and mobile apps.
- Work closely with software developers and accompany designs from idea through prototype to implementation.
- Ensure visual and functional quality and consistency across products.
- Independently identify improvement potentials, develop solutions and drive topics within the design system proactively.
- Collaborate closely with the existing Product Designer and colleagues from product management, UI/UX and software development.
- Help improve design workflows around Figma, components, prototyping and collaboration with development.

- At least 5 years professional experience in Product, UI/UX or Interface Design, ideally with responsibility for design systems, UI components and patterns in a SaaS product.
- Experience with complex B2B applications and the ability to make extensive user interfaces clear and understandable.
- A good understanding of how a design system is built, structured and maintained long-term.
- Very good knowledge of Figma, especially components, variants, Auto Layout and prototyping.
- A strong sense for UI quality, usability, typography, spacing, hierarchies and visual consistency.
- Work independently, proactively and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your topics.
- Be able to explain design decisions transparently and enjoy working in exchange with other disciplines.
- Provide a portfolio that demonstrates experience with digital products and UI/design-system work.
