Senior Product Designer

- Design end-to-end workflows across Secureframe’s core product areas, including audits, compliance readiness, frameworks, controls, and federal compliance experiences
- Own design from early problem framing and UX exploration through high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff
- Partner with Product Managers to clarify requirements, scope solutions, and make UX tradeoffs in complex, regulated problem spaces
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high quality
- Contribute to and evolve Secureframe’s design system, Castle
- Review designs and provide feedback to raise the design bar across the product
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and customer feedback reviews to inform design decisions
- Iterate based on stakeholder feedback, technical constraints, and real customer usage

- Strong end-to-end product design experience, from discovery and UX exploration through high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff
- Proven ability to design complex B2B SaaS workflows, especially in regulated, enterprise, or technical domains
- Excellent systems thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to design scalable, consistent experiences across large product surfaces
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Engineers, including comfort navigating ambiguity and tradeoffs
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in modern design tools, including Figma
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system
- Experience thoughtfully using AI as part of the design process, such as for rapid exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, or improving design velocity and decision-making
