NewSenior Product Designer (UX/UI): Shape the interface and design system of Peoplexact

The organisation works with product trios, empowered product teams, outcomes and continuous discovery, and serves organisations across the Nordics and Europe. The role sits within a Tech organisation of more than 50 developers and designers and involves participation in a Design Guild and work on digital SaaS products.
What you'll do
- Understand users' needs, pains and desires while defining, designing and refining digital SaaS products
- Work closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead (product trio), a peer Product Designer and a team of Software Engineers
- Engage with subject matter experts and sales and customer success colleagues
- Shape complex data into intuitive and appealing insights
- Participate in the Design Guild through design critique, sparring, knowledge sharing and joint efforts such as discovery practice and the Design Foundation & Guidelines
- Drive the process from insight, ideation and prototyping through user testing to implementation and follow-up

- Able to balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility into intuitive, appealing interactions
- Strength in UI and visual design, including experience building a design system used across multiple product teams
- Experience conducting product discovery including user research
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a product organisation
- Can showcase a strong portfolio with polished UI and interaction design alongside relevant user-centred processes
- Understand, speak and write Danish, minimum CEFR B1 (preferably B2 or higher)
- Can work on-site in Aarhus, Denmark at minimum 3 days a week
