Proalpha Group, an ERP- and business applications provider for mid-sized companies with presence at 66 locations worldwide and more than 17,500 customers, is hiring a UX/UI Designer (m/w/d). The role focuses on designing user interfaces and design building blocks for the next generation of the Proalpha product landscape, with an emphasis on developing and advancing the group-wide Design System and close collaboration with design, product and development teams. The position is full time and can be performed at one of the company's German locations or from a home office.

What you'll do

  • Design user interfaces and design building blocks for the next generation of the Proalpha product landscape
  • Develop and further the group-wide Design System, creating reusable components, variants, tokens and design specifications to form the basis for a consistent product landscape
  • Ensure components, patterns and designs meet defined quality, accessibility and usability standards
  • Support product and development teams in creating user-friendly solutions, from analysis of existing products through UX conception to concrete UI designs and pragmatic day-to-day consulting
