NewProduct Designer - UX/UI & Design Systems (Remote)
Apply on PavagoPavago (on behalf of a client) is hiring a full-time Product Designer (UX/UI) to create user-centered experiences across web and mobile applications. The role is fully remote for candidates based in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico and requires working U.S. business hours. The designer will own the end-to-end product design process—from user research and interaction design to design systems and developer handoff—working closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
What you'll do
- Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
- Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and information architecture.
- Identify friction points and recommend user experience improvements.
- Use analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms to support design decisions.
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for desktop and mobile.
- Deliver production-ready designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Define standards for typography, spacing, color, icons, and interactions to ensure consistency across products.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and usability testing.

- Nice-to-have: experience maintaining large-scale design systems.
