The role requires deep UX/UI expertise for design systems and advanced mastery of Figma. The designer will integrate with client teams, advise clients using diagnostic analyses, support the development and evolution of client design systems, and participate in creating intelligent or AI-powered design systems. - Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise-level design systems that scale across multiple products and platforms, including UI libraries, documentation, governance patterns and component libraries.
- Create and maintain advanced Figma libraries using best practices for Auto Layout, variables, interactive components and design tokens.
- Leverage existing design systems to accelerate product design workflows while identifying gaps and creating specialized libraries as needed.
- Ensure Figma workspaces, files and libraries are optimized, organized and aligned with system architecture and brand standards.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design–code consistency and support implementation through documentation and collaboration.
- Audit and refactor components to improve usability, accessibility, performance and consistency across platforms.
- Prototype and test new patterns or components before integrating them into the broader system.
- Create clear, scalable documentation and onboarding materials to drive system adoption by teams.
