What you'll do

  • Partner with agency leadership on AI exploration in design-to-code pipelines
  • Identify, test, and integrate tools that improve or accelerate design system work
  • Build agentic workflows for component scaffolding, documentation generation, token logic, contract authoring, and QA
  • Develop and maintain prompt engineering practices for design system use cases
  • Integrate MCP servers and LLM-powered tooling into design and development workflows
  • Document learnings, train teammates, and support internal AI capability-building
  • Apply AI tools across code generation, design exploration, documentation, and system scaffolding
  • Stay current with Figma AI features, Dev Mode capabilities, and third-party integrations
