NewDesign System Lead

What you'll do
- Lead the design system as a shared product, aligning design and engineering on components, accessibility, contribution and a roadmap grounded in real team needs.
- Set the design system vision, principles and roadmap.
- Prioritise components using product demand and reuse potential.
- Align design tokens, interaction patterns and coded components.
- Establish contribution, review and release practices.
- Build accessibility and content standards into the system.
- Measure adoption, consistency and developer experience.
- Create enough structure for teams to move independently while stepping into detail when risk or ambiguity demands it.
