- Partner with the Design Systems Lead to evolve and scale the design system across web, desktop, and mobile
- Create, document, and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, templates, and interaction guidelines
- Maintain and extend design token architecture for scalable implementation across platforms
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure design system components are implemented and maintained in Storybook and production
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency, usability, accessibility, and efficiency across the product ecosystem
- Build and optimize Figma libraries, variables, plugins, automation, and AI-assisted workflows
- Support product designers with guidance, documentation, onboarding, and best practices for using the design system
- Contribute to governance processes to ensure intentional evolution of the design system while supporting product velocity
