What you'll do

  • Design, refine, and ship reusable accessible components, tokens, and interaction patterns across web and mobile
  • Contribute code to production and support Product Designers contributing code with agentic coding tools
  • Establish LLM guidelines aligned with the design system
  • Create internal guides and tooling to help Product Designers adopt generative AI workflows
  • Define and maintain Niche’s visual language, guideline documentation, and component libraries
  • Improve the contribution model for proposing, building, and scaling new components
  • Track tools and resources and recommend tools to adopt
  • Call out risks with reliance on AI tooling and advise where people or agents can help

  • Track record of helping set design system vision or strategy and driving adoption
