NEXTON recruits a Design System Designer (H/F) in a CDI based in Paris. As Design System Manager the role is responsible for the management, evolution and promotion of a Design System and involves collaboration with developers, UX & UI designers and project managers to ensure a coherent system.

What you'll do

  • Manage and maintain the company's Design System, ensuring its evolution and uniformity
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop reusable components and design guidelines
  • Train and raise awareness among team members on Design System best practices and work on adoption within the company
  • Provide essential Design System elements (major evolutions, components, patterns and tokens) aligned with the roadmap
  • Document in detail the evolutions of the Design System and disseminate directives to promote its adoption
  • Ensure design quality and coherence across all platforms and products
  • Manage updates and continuous improvements of the Design System based on needs and constraints

  • Solid expertise in UI/UX Design
  • At least 5 years of experience, with a significant portion dedicated to creating or managing complex Design Systems
  • Proficient in Figma (Auto-layout, Variables, Professional Libraries)
  • Excellent understanding of Design Tokens and technical constraints (HTML/CSS, React...)
  • Accessibility (WCAG) considered a prerequisite
  • Ability to document choices rigorously and communicate with developers and Product Designers to drive adoption
