The role sits in the Staff Design department and is responsible for designing and evolving components, patterns and tokens of Mercadona Tech's design systems, documenting them and supporting Product Makers to ensure consistency and visual quality across the web, apps and internal tools. The mission is to enable teams to build faster and with higher quality by relying on the design system and maintaining coherence across products. The position is offered in a hybrid arrangement (4 days in the office, 1 day remote).

- Design and evolve the components, patterns and tokens of the design systems.
- Write usage guides and maintain documentation for teams using the components.

- Promote use of the system, measure its adoption and prioritize its evolution based on team feedback.
