- Evolve Ascent's components, patterns, tokens, interaction standards and documentation across Klaviyo's product surfaces
- Partner with engineering to improve design-to-code parity so coded components reflect design intent
- Identify inconsistencies, gaps and duplicated patterns and turn them into scalable system improvements
- Own the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to discovery, and in some cases to implementation
- Support adoption through guidance, design critiques, spec reviews, office hours, workshops and release communications
- Use AI and automation to accelerate prototyping, documentation, accessibility checks, visual QA and system maintenance
