- Own the foundational visual system including color, typography, spacing, iconography, motion, theming, density, semantic tokens, and the visual quality bar
- Evolve Trellis’ token architecture and visual language to scale across product surfaces and support AI-assisted development
- Own reusable components including component anatomy, behavior, variants, states, accessibility, documentation, implementation guidance, and Figma-to-code alignment
- Define what belongs in the shared system and how components should behave to reduce fragmentation across teams
- Own repeatable product behaviors and interaction models such as creation, editing, filtering, search, object management, permissions, notifications, recommendations, and AI-assisted workflows
- Partner with product, engineering, and content to define scalable, accessible, machine-readable system guidance
- Improve Figma-to-code alignment, drive governance, adoption, and documentation, and enable AI-assisted workflows across HubSpot
- Make decisions that affect many product teams and help define how the platform builds product in an AI native era
