Striive is evolving from a structured services platform into a modular, intelligence-driven marketplace. The Product Designer role sits at the intersection of product strategy, behavioural design, discovery, and AI-enabled user experiences and will work across both sides of a two-sided marketplace to translate complex product challenges into validated experiences with measurable impact. As the platform scales internationally, the role exists to address challenges including reducing complexity in decision-making journeys, enabling scalable partner self-service and configuration tooling, improving conversion/activation/retention and operational efficiency, and embedding AI into workflows users trust and adopt. The role is discovery-led and focuses on experimentation and validated learning before engineering investment.

What you'll do

  • Help shape the transition to a modular, intelligence-driven marketplace
  • Work across both sides of a two-sided marketplace and translate complex product challenges into validated experiences with measurable impact
  • Own end-to-end product design across a two-sided marketplace environment
  • Design professional-side experiences: onboarding and activation journeys
  • Design professional-side experiences: modular service and pricing flows
  • Design professional-side experiences: assignment continuity and re-engagement experiences

  • Design professional-side experiences: AI-supported readiness and decision guidance
