- Own and evolve the design system, including architecture, tokens, theming, governance, and patterns used by product teams
- Build shared components, frameworks, and frontend architecture for product teams
- Improve performance, accessibility, and consistency across web surfaces
- Develop tooling and developer experience for product teams, including an AI-forward approach to frontend development
- Partner with product and engineering teams to bring platform capabilities into workflows
- Contribute improvements based on real product needs
- Create documentation and guidance to support adoption
