- Lead a multi-year strategy for Gen’s design system as an enabler of AI-driven experiences and AI-enhanced product development workflows
- Partner with AI, Product, Design, and Engineering teams on intelligent components, conversational patterns, and adaptive UX frameworks
- Establish governance structures for consistency, scalability, compliance, and innovation in AI-driven contexts
- Champion adoption of the design system and its AI-powered capabilities across teams and leadership
- Lead enablement efforts for teams using AI-supported tools
- Lead discovery cycles with customers of direct and ecosystem partner offerings to refine the system
- Define and report success metrics for adoption, efficiency gains, and AI-driven workflow enablement
- Mentor contributors and foster AI-first thinking and collaborative design excellence

- 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years focused on platform products, design systems, or developer tooling
- Exposure to AI-enhanced products is ideal
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that influence product development and organizational workflows
- Hands-on experience delivering design systems that support intelligent components, AI-assisted tools, or dynamic user experiences
- Expertise in governance models, adoption strategies, and contribution processes
- Strong understanding of design principles, component libraries, accessibility standards, and developer workflows
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as web components, design tokens, and CSS frameworks
- Working knowledge of AI-adjacent technologies such as conversational UIs
