What you'll do

  • Manage, extend, and maintain the Frequenz design system
  • Ensure the design system is consistently implemented and followed
  • Document existing components and define a contribution process for the design system
  • Encourage and support the team in contributing to component design
  • Plan and run usability tests
  • Turn usability test outcomes into actionable insights, concepts, and solutions
  • Create and maintain information architecture with sitemaps, user flows, and component mapping
  • Create wireframes and working Figma prototypes as needed

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in arts, human computer interaction, visual design, computer science, or a related area of design research
  • Some work experience in agencies, startups, relevant internships, or freelance work
  • Excellent design portfolio showing process and outcomes

  • Knowledge of related tools such as design system frameworks
  • Basic coding knowledge
