- Own the end-to-end design of demanding digital products from discovery and conception to production-ready interfaces.
- Develop user-centered flows, screens and interactions with a very high standard of visual quality, consistency and attention to detail.
- Develop and scale design systems, components, tokens and UI standards and ensure their consistent application across products and platforms.
- Define, together with UX, Product and Development, viable design principles and translate user needs, business goals and technical requirements into product solutions.
- Actively drive UI quality, identify inconsistencies and optimization potentials, and develop pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Use AI tools intentionally for exploration, prototyping, systematization and modern UI workflows and continuously evolve existing working methods.
- Work closely with Product, UX, Development and Data and accompany features from exploration to implementation.
- Steer design decisions confidently in exchange with clients and stakeholders, moderate differing requirements and justify decisions clearly.

- Extensive experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer in the digital product environment, ideally in consulting, agency or client-near project settings.
- Outstanding UI skills and a very pronounced sense for visual quality, typography, layout, interaction and interface details.
- Solid experience in designing complex digital products and the ability to independently take responsibility for design tasks from discovery and conception to implementation.
- Deep experience in building, evolving and scaling design systems, components, design tokens and reusable UI patterns.
- Very confident use of Figma, especially Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping and Dev Mode.
- Very good understanding of frontend technologies, dev handoff and component-based development processes.
- Experience ensuring design quality and consistency across larger products, platforms or different teams.
- Ability to structure complex requirements, represent design decisions convincingly and coordinate pragmatically with Product, UX, Tech, clients and other stakeholders.
