NewProduct Designer, Design Systems
Apply on FigmaFigma is hiring a Product Designer to join the Design Systems (Figma Pattern Library) team to build and evolve shared patterns and components across Figma’s suite of products. The role focuses on creating a consistent and approachable experience across multiple products and working collaboratively across teams. This is a full time role that can be based in one of Figma's US hubs or remotely within the United States.
What you'll do
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making regarding cross-product design systems.
- Define and communicate a clear vision for shared design patterns usable across various products.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other design teams to ensure consistent implementation of design components.
- Create, iterate, and refine design system components, including flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the design system across the organization.
