ESET is hiring an Experienced Product Designer to help shape and grow the design system behind its security products for business customers in 200+ countries. You'll lead specific areas of the system, refine components and tokens for scalability and write the guidelines that keep designers and developers aligned across a complex multi-product portfolio. Primary location is Prague, with additional locations in Bratislava, Brno, Kosice and Krakow.

What you'll do

  • Lead specific areas of the design system and content guidelines
  • Evangelize best practices to drive design system adoption across the organization
  • Design and evolve the system by refining components and tokens for scalability
  • Create clear guidelines and usage examples that support designers and developers
  • Map patterns and repetitive content across workflows to reduce friction
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity across all components and patterns
  • Validate design decisions through usability testing and data insights
  • Bridge design and development with precise, actionable implementation details
  • Coordinate and mentor junior designers while ensuring quality and consistency

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product or UX/UI design
  • Education in UX, interaction design, visual communication, architecture, product design or a related field
  • A portfolio showcasing expertise in digital products and design systems
  • Advanced Figma skills
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Bonus: design tokens, multi-brand and theming systems, B2B or complex platforms, Confluence and Jira, prototyping
  • Bonus: curiosity about AI tools to optimize design system workflows
