Enertiv is an energy and ESG intelligence platform for commercial real estate. The Senior Product Designer will be the sole designer across the platform, leading design for web, mobile, email, and system workflows. The role owns end-to-end design quality and reports to the VP Software Engineering.

What you'll do

  • Design, validate, and iterate on user interfaces for web, mobile, and email using Figma
  • Lead complex workflow modeling across multi-role, multi-data systems
  • Create and maintain Enertiv's design system
  • Write design requirements including flows, logic, states, and edge cases
  • Use analytics tools including Mixpanel and Gong to investigate user behavior and inform decisions
  • Conduct research through user interviews, call recordings, and internal conversations
  • Use AI tools to synthesize call recordings, generate and iterate on design specs, and reduce time-to-prototype
  • Complete a design audit during onboarding

  • 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy software environments
  • Experience as a solo or primary designer owning design across an entire product or platform
  • Expert-level Figma skills including component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping
  • Strong UX systems thinking with ability to model complex workflows with logic, states, and dependencies
  • Proven ability to synthesize customer research, analytics, and qualitative signals into product decisions
  • Ability to write clear, implementation-ready specifications for engineers
  • Experience using AI tools as a daily workflow accelerator, including Figma AI, Claude, Gong synthesis, or LLM-assisted design
  • Data-driven decision-making and comfort with funnels, dashboards, and KPIs using Mixpanel or Amplitude
