The role is part of an AI-native rebuild: you will build and run agents that do production work, ship fast prototypes, and deliver live, subscription and category-defining experiences used by millions. You will get direct feedback from the Founder and help shape the design team and operation.

- Own the consumer mobile experience (iOS first, Android close behind): onboarding, the map, the incident experience, live video, alerts, Premium
- Own the revenue product: paywalls, plan mix, trials and reverse trials, the upgrade path, payment at onboarding, roadmap, experiments and ship decisions
- Define and build live, AI-generated, ambient experiences (examples given: notifications that show the scene, a safety app that talks back, interfaces for when the phone is in a pocket)
- Own and evolve the design system across product, brand, and the live broadcast studio: type, color, motion, sound, iconography
- Build and run the agents that perform production work and decide where humans stay in the loop
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes quickly using Figma, Origami, SwiftUI, code or other tools and run usability sessions, funnel analysis and live experiments
- Design, run and push forward the workflows ("the machine") that deliver the above work
- Partner daily with the Founder and CEO, work tightly with iOS and Android engineering, and collaborate with Marketing, Real-Time Operations and internal agents
