NewSr. Product Designer - Design System
Apply on CasheaCashea is hiring a Senior Designer to split time between a product vertical and ownership of the company's design system. The role involves designing end-to-end complex flows within the vertical while maintaining and evolving the design system, aligning with stakeholders across areas, working closely with the visual identity team, and evangelizing the system for adoption by design and development teams.
What you'll do
- Maintain and evolve the design system — components, tokens, patterns and documentation — ensuring visual and functional consistency across the platform.
- Work closely with Cashea's visual identity team so the design system reflects the brand consistently across the product.
- Align with stakeholders in Product, Engineering and Brand on system priorities and decisions.
- Evangelize the use of the design system within the design and development teams: provide support, resolve doubts and accompany adoption in each squad.
- Define and communicate guidelines for usage and contribution so other designers and developers propose or consume components in an orderly way.
- Audit product consistency to detect deviations from the system and prioritize what to resolve.
- Document design decisions and patterns so the rest of the team understands and adopts them without friction.
- Generate ideas from complex briefs, detecting opportunities not explicitly stated and proposing hypotheses for improvement based on evidence and prior learnings.
