What you'll do

  • Lead the evolution of Kaizen, including architecture, component quality, documentation and adoption
  • Drive accessibility improvements, including keyboard navigation, ARIA compliance and mobile interactions
  • Own governance and standards to reduce redundancy and enforce consistency
  • Support product teams in building with the design system
  • Progressively extend ownership to Fabrique for B2C web and Okaia for React Native mobile
  • Define how the design systems become AI-ready, including machine-readable structure, cursor rules and agent-friendly naming conventions
  • Bring vision on animation and micro-interactions
  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Design System Product Designer
