NewSenior Design Systems Engineer II

- Create and refine standardized UI components that meet quality, performance, accessibility, and design fidelity standards.
- Conduct code reviews, validate design fit and finish, and collaborate with Design through implementation reviews to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Publish, document, and maintain components in a centralized design system library for scalability and ease of adoption.
- Work with teams to integrate design system components into existing products transitioning to shared UI infrastructure.
- Act as a consultant and mentor to other engineering teams, promoting best practices for using and extending the design system.
- Create live prototypes and proofs of concept to test and validate new patterns, workflows, and UI paradigms before full-scale development.
