- Support adoption through guidance, workshops, critique and practical documentation
- Measure system usage, identify gaps and prioritise the design-system roadmap

- Strong Figma knowledge, including components, variants, variables and libraries
- A portfolio demonstrating scalable component and system thinking
- Good understanding of accessibility, responsive design and design tokens

- Strong documentation, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills
